This project involved a complete transformation of a three-storey home. We turned a house with structural issues into a refined and livable space. The build had several challenges. There was significant termite damage and soil erosion, which required careful planning and precise execution.

The goal was to create a spacious and comfortable home for family life. The final layout features five bedrooms, a dedicated parents’ retreat, and well-appointed bathrooms and ensuites.

To connect with the natural surroundings, we added 100m² of hardwood decking across two levels. This design is perfect for easy indoor-outdoor living. A kitchen window that opens onto the deck improves this connection and creates a warm, inviting space, ideal for entertaining and everyday enjoyment.
