This means a house that is sustainable, the same temperature all year round, is highly energy efficient and is non-toxic. We work with you, your architect and your designer collaboratively to plan and deliver.

Commercial.

Our panelised building system can be utilised for commercial projects such as schools or childcare centres. m2haus can deliver on commercial builds that provide a sustainable and healthy environment and a high level of energy efficiency.

Addition & Retrofit.

m2haus can retrofit existing houses or buildings to drastically improve performance and energy efficiency, applying passive house principles. The retrofit of your existing house can be more cost and time effective than demolishing and rebuilding.

To optimise your existing house, we can install an airtight breathable membrane, high-performance windows, insulation and other features we utilise in our new builds. We can also retrofit to accommodate disability standards.
