"The project consisted of the refurbishment of an existing dwelling, associated civil works and the change of use to a Podiatry medical centre.
The internal layout was adapted to form a waiting room, reception, workshop, and consultation spaces.
The new layout had to be designed and constructed to AS1428.1 Design for access and mobility and the Disability (access to Premises – Buildings) Standards. The civil works included the construction of 7 car parking spaces, access driveway and stormwater work connected to the existing network.
There was also associated landscape work which was required to complete the project.
The project was completed on 23 July 2023 at an approximate cost of $560,000
During the projects we have liaised with Mathias in his capacity of head contractor and have found him to be competent in constructing this project.
