This family home was reimagined to strengthen its connection to the surrounding nature reserve. At the same time, M2 Haus aimed to significantly improve the health, comfort, and efficiency of the living environment.

The master suite was upgraded with a spacious walk-in robe and a private balcony that offers peaceful views of the natural landscape. This design brings the outdoors into daily living. To meet Passive House standards, we used non-toxic subfloor materials, which improve indoor air quality and the overall health of the home.

With thoughtful performance upgrades, the home now uses much less energy. It has achieved a 70% reduction in household energy costs and sets a new benchmark for sustainable family living.
